Data we process
Depending on the login methods you choose, NotCTS processes a verified email address or a Discord user ID. Discord display names are used only to initialize a new in-game nickname. We also process your nickname, game progress, queue position, streamed-session timing, and technical diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate you, keep one game state across linked login methods, run the streaming queue, preserve progress, show account usage, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. NotCTS does not sell personal data or use Discord data for advertising.
Service providers
Mailjet delivers account and security email. BetterStack receives redacted operational logs. Hosting, database, backup, WebRTC, and Android streaming providers process data only as needed to deliver the service. Passwords, one-time codes, and session tokens are excluded from operational logs.
Retention and deletion
Account deletion immediately removes the live User, linked login methods, sessions, and game state. Access-restricted backup remnants and redacted pseudonymous operational logs expire within 30 days and cannot be used to restore a deleted account.
You can delete your account in the app or through the independent account-deletion page.
